Dear sir, ihad placed my order of Rs. 339 oline through my Mobikwik wallet on dated 13.8.14 at 12:35 pm for my city hoshiarpur and locality purhira road .MY transaction ID MMBK[protected]. but no confirmation of order was recieved till now . so i request you to please cancell my order and refund my deducted amount in my Mobikwik wallet. thanx. I tried placing an order online. The payment was deducted but the page which says "payment successful, placing you order at the nearest kitchen" kept loading for 20 minutes and the order did not go through. I had to refresh the page, and place the order on phone. However i dont know how to apply for a refund, because i did not receive an order number. Kindly address this complaint asap.
