Domino's Pizza — Service boy can and not accepting his mistake

On 7th May, I had placed a order for 4 pizza mania and 1 coke at 7 pm. and the delivery boy came at 7.45 pm and told me he had 0 balance in his mobile and went for recharge as no body open the door at 7.25 pm. he was lying. i was standing outside my house since 7.20 to 7.45 pm. And 0 balance in his mobile was a excuse that had no point. As a good citizen i had paid all money. But this kind of service by the delivery guy was not good. and it makes dominos image bad.
