Domino's Pizza — Service Tax charged on Pizza delivery | |||||
I bought pizza on 30th October, 2015 via order number 334 from Dominos, sec-9, Panchkula, Haryana via order number 334 and invoice number DPI65892/[protected]/128428 amounting to Rs. 1266 in which they charged service tax @5.6% amounting Rs. 58.18 which is wrong which they are claiming as correct as per FAQ on their site, but when I checked there is no such letter issued by Service tax department to levy tax on pizza delivery.
