Domino's Pizza — Transaction failure in online order

I ordered pizza online and made the payment through netbanking. There was transaction failure, hence no order placed. Still the amount was deducted from my bank account. I tried to place the order twice and with the same scenario each time. Can you please check for the refund? Let me know in case you need any other details regarding transaction.
