Domino's Pizza — unacceptable behaviour

I placed order at 10.18.59 vide order no 581 on 17.4.2015 . but to utter shock and surprise when I didn't receive any delivery till 10.55 . I called the number given on the mail! I, e. 26933951 . One person picked the phone, replied on my query about time of delivery unprofessionally replied that on awailing any discount 30 mints delivery is not guaranted without hearing my query and disconnected the phone and at 11.10 delivery boy came and when we said that your person behaved very unprofessionally he said you want your order or not. therefore left with no other option to saveguard, our self esteem I am writing this complaint . Kindly take a proper action otherwise we will file FIR for all the conduct of you and your employees Kindly update me about all the action taken against them.
