Domino's Pizza — Worng Delivery against my order

I placed an oder with code NET09 for week end special on 03/07/2015 at 9.17. what domino's delivery man came without Garlic Bread and Dip. When I asked him about weekend special against code NET09, he call to his duty manager Mr. Sikander Pal, at Gillco Dominos. He refused to deliver the Garlic Bread n dip and say to send Delivery back. So we pepole are siting here at 10 o'clock without any food My order no is 116 and I paid from my debit card of rs 564.00. When I call to Customer care they not pic the phone..
