Domino's Pizza — Wrong order/Late and Irresponsible behavior of telephone operator | |||
Hi Concerned, Yesterday was my marriage anniversary and we decided to order pizza at 9.20 PM. We placed an order of 4 medium cheese burst pizza. When we were ordering the pizza we just confirmed the rate of PAN pizza but we did not order that. Your telephone operator was such a hurry that he did not let us complete our words and took the order. Now we were waiting for order and after an hour we called the operator. He said that all orders has been taken from here and It will be delivered to you. In between we have made many calls to just take the confirmation of our order but you service providers were disconnecting the calls without letting us complete. At last 11.30 pizza boy came with wrong order.then the pizza boy wanted us to talk to his shift manager. But your manager did not pick up the call. we returned the order at 11.30 pm. And that was how i celebrated my marriage anniversary. Your Pizza Store of Phase 9 has spoiled my day. I d'ont know what action you guys will take but you should understand the importance of some special days of person life when he wants to celebrate with his/her family remembering Domino's.
