I had booked a cab requesting pick up at 4:30am and I had no updates till I called dot cab call centre at 4:20. When I called the call centre i had to hear very lethargic reply that dot cab facility in my area is usually poor and dot cab will need at least 30 more minutes to arrange a cab. Even this was with a disclaimer that they are trying to check if cabs are available.
Don't know what did dot cab customer care guy who attended my request yesterday did. If they can tell me about poor facility in manikonda when I called them this morning can't they call the passenger proactively and then update. What's the purpose of having customer care team then...
Very annoying experience early morning. Never will recommend for cab again.
Dot cab should learn a basic lesson about calling back customers for update when they are not able to meet customer's request. And should not wait for the customer to ask for updates. Was this information helpful? |
