14 days has been passed even after full payment Rs.1454/- neither received the product nor even a single information or update regarding this.

Reaching out as I have tried multiple ways and times to contact dotzot for updates regarding my consignments, It's been 3 weeks and I have yet to get any response.

Their customers care numbers are not working no response from email as of yet.

Consignment number or tracking ID of Dotzot [protected] is not available for tracking since dispatched which is supposed to be delivered at PIN-712203 today dispatched from Gujarat India on 2nd February, 2022 containing a pre-paid order from Amazon of Sigma 150-600 mm lens for Nikon Mount. This is the last time I am trying to reach out to the DotZot. I bought a phone from Jai Durga Enterprises and they sent me a Dummy mobile. When I reported it back to the company they arranged a reverse pickup through DotZot. AWB:[protected]
DotZot didn't contact me even once and cancelled the pick up by saying that I refused to give the package.
If the issue is not resolved by tomorrow, I shall be moving to consumer commission...

I booked 4 parcels from Patanjali but due to the adamant behaviour of dtdc franchisee all the parcels are being returned to Patanjali’s Haridwar origin from Bhubaneswar stating that receiver refused to take. I got my 13 parcels delivered by xpressbees and delhivery.why dtdc is receiving parcels again and again if it can’t deliver. The franchisee needs extra money. Please take steps to save the prestige of two famous companies...
