Dotzot — I have not received my product but status shows delivered. | |||||
Hi I have not received my package but i just received a message from dotzot saying that my package has been delivered.. How is that possible.. I have been home all day and no one has come to deliver my package.. This is very disappointing. Pls check and deliver my package and update the incorrect status. I also received a message from ebay saying congratulations on receiving my product. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.. I called dotzot customer care and the guy on the phone told me it has been delivered and he cant do anything. I was shocked.. After giving him a piece of my mind he then told me to make a complaint. So i did. And nothing has happened since then.. My tracking no is[protected]. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. Very poor. Please check where my parcel is and who has it been delivered to! Was this information helpful? | |||||
