Dotzot — Shipment regarding

Tracking id:[protected] it is pre-paid item consignment delivery though, dtdc- hubli, karnataka office returned the item to the origin with out contacting the costumer as per they kept their custody 05/03/2016 to 17/03/2016 and their comments is that wrong address and phone no. (Verified the delivery address & phone no. It is very correct) dtdc-hubli persons are not interested to delivery the item because it was prepaid.

Not yet delivered to my address.. no update of the tracking site..please resolved my problem and deliver it to me at the earliest..I ordered it on 26 may reachead guwahati on 27th may.from there no update is show.its is June 8 now..please look forward the matter.
