I know it's a bit long but please read it till the end.

It all started about a year back. i was losing hair a lot. i thought i should go for some treatment so i started searching on the internet where i came across dr. batras homoeopathy treatment. i searched on the net about
Homoeopathy as i had never taken any homoeopathy treatment before. some articles i read they looked promising. so i went to dr. batras in pune (kothrud).
Where i met dr. priyanka she consulted me.
First she started with all the homoeopathy thing... its benefits and all showed me some pics i. e. how people have benefited from their treatment.
She explained me with their famous diagram i. e. how the dht attacks the follicles and the follicle shrinks and disappears over the period of time.
Then she did that so called test where she placed some camera thing on my head the whole drama was just to tell me how worst the condition has become and if i don’t do anything then i'll lose whatever is left.
Then comes the part where she told me about the different treatments that they have and also the costs for those treatments.
She told me that you have type 3 pattern and with our treatment the hair will be thickened and the patch where there are very less hair (my forehead)
We will recover the bald patch as well. i did ask her whether it's really possible and she said yes we have successfully treated similar cases. and here i was tricked in as i started feeling that "yes" looks like they really know what they are doing and the medicines are really helpful. but still i wasn't 100% confident. so i told her i need some time to think. a month went by and one day she called me and asked me whether i want to start the treatment as they were offering some discount. she asked me to come over to the
Clinic to have a word. so next day i went there and i don’t know what struck my mind i took that wrong decision that i agreed for the treatment and also paid the full amount 12500 rupees. and from that day only my treatment was started. first thing she did was she gathered some info about me, my habits, my nature and all.

I told her everything. and i also told her that "please do not lie to me just say whatever that i really need to know".
And she assured me don’t worry we will take care of everything and you are
In good hands we have team of 200 expert doctors and if i feel then i'll discuss your case with the senior doctors.

The treatment was pretty simple...
She give me diet i. e. things i should be eating besides my normal meals...
Along with the medicine she told me to eat...
Almond
Raisins
Dates
Flaxseed
Soya-beans
Green tea
Pumpkin seeds
And told me to take laser (some machine like comb which emits laser light)
Which is suppose to improve the blood circulation.
She took some images of the affected area and told me that we need to monitor your progress over the period of time.
She told me it takes 3 months to stop your hair loss and after that you'll see the improvement.
And my treatment was started. every month the same thing i used to go there she used to ask me whether the hair loss has
Decreased or not i used to say "no" as it was not and i used to get the same answer "don’t worry your condition will improve".
For the first 3 months the medicines remain the same. even after 3 months also there wasn't any improvement i. e. hair loss was the same.
So she told me that she'll change the medicines and she did.
After that every month the same things repeated again and again she changed the medicines every month.
I could feel that my condition is becoming worst day by day.
My hair line was started receding. she kept changing the medicines every month. i did ask her whether she could arrange
Meeting with the senior doctor as i don’t feel that there's any improvement rather the condition has become worse.
I always asked her please tell me if i am doing something wrong whether am i missing something or not doing something right bocz of
Which there's no any improvement and she used to say no everything you are doing is right and again the same line
"don’t worry your condition will improve".
Finally in 10th month or so she arranged a meeting with the senior doctor that senior doctor was dr. shubhangi.

She went through my case and asked me the same questions again whether i am following the diet and all hows my nature,
My habits and all. all this info was collected in the first meeting only so i was like what the hell is going on but i did answered all the questions
As she was suppose to be the "senior doctor".
I was shocked when she said the "your condition wont improve" any-further and i was like wtf "improve" it has become
Worst. so i explained her everything what dr. priyanka said to me..
- it will take time but "don’t worry your condition will improve".
And now after 10 months you are saying that "your condition wont improve" what's that.
I was told that hair will grow back trust the treatment. i told her i was misleaded, dr. priyanka lied to me when i asked her to tell me
The truth in the first place.
If you would have told me before the i wouldn’t have enrolled for the treatment in the first place.
I was really disappointed by her statements. she gave me all the reasons that she could.
The every one is different and in some cases the medicines may not work. sometimes its genetical and all.
I felt like cheated... like i wasted my 12500.
She told me to go for hair transplant and i said no i dont want to operate.

Then a month went by some days back i got a call from them saying we have fixed your appointment with senior doctor
O you need to come down. so few days back i went there. this time a male doctor was there dr nupur.
I told him about the condition. he took the pictures and compared and he only told me that yes your condition has
Become worse and your hair line has receded.
Here i explained him everything from the beginning what dr. priyanka and dr. shubhangi told me
Again i told him about the statements
- it will take time but "dont worry your condition will improve".
This time he also said no it wont improve. and he also started giving same excuses as before.
The every one is differnt and in some cases the medicines may not work. sometimes its genetical and all.
Also he told me to do some blood tests.

Now comes my last visit as i was in my last month of the treatment. i got a call from the clinic as my appointment was
Cheduled again with a "senior doctor" this time the doctor was dr. anita.
As i entered into the cabin she asked me who are you i said "not good" she asked me why what happened and
I again explained everything from the beginning and told her what all the doctors told me so far.

- your hair will be thickened.
- new hair will grow.
- hairline will be recovered and that bald patch will also be recovered.

- dont worry we will take care of everything and you are in good hands we have team of 200 expert doctors and if i feel then i'll discuss your case with the senior doctors.

Dr. shubhangi :
- no your condition will not improve.
- why dont you go for other treatments like stemcell or hair transplant.

Dr. nupur :
- no your condition will not improve.
- why dont you go for other treatments like stemcell or hair transplant.
- it's genetical.

And i was shocked when she said that we don't tell patient that your hair will grow back as that's impossible.
She also added that we don't have any magic stick that'll make your hair grow back. she later added we dont expect to grow the hair back our main aim is how we can stop the hair loss, stop any further damage and ty to
Preserve the current hair condition.

Then she did some chat with dr. priyanka with their local chat app and she told me that dr. priyanka is saying that she never said anything like that. i was shocked. i was like what the hell these people cant even keep
Their words. i was like i should have recorded all the things before so that i could have produce it as a proof.

Then i said i want full refund as nothing has happened, there is no improvement, actually my condition has become worse. she said i dont look after the financial matters dr. nupur does. she called one of their staff
Member and told her to fix an appointment with dr. nupur and asked her to tell the patient i. e. me as when to come down to meet dr. nupur (she told me that she knew that dr. nupur was out of station for couple of days). but till date i haven’t got any calls from them.

She wanted to tell me that
Dr. anita:
- no your condition will not improve.
- we do not tell patient that hair will grow back as that’s impossible.
- why dont you go for other treatments like stemcell or hair transplant.
- we dont expect to grow the hair back our main aim is how we can stop
The hair loss, stop any further damage and ty to preserve the current

So what's the point. all you want is money, the treatment doesn't work, you people lie, you cant keep your words,
- why you people didn't tell me the truth in the first place (if you would
Have told me that all the treatment that i am going to take for 12 months
Is just to stop the hair loss no any hair will grow back or your hair line
Wont be recovered then i wouldn't have enrolled for the treatment in the
First place).
- even if you people would have told me after 3-4 months that my condition
Wont impove with their treatment then also i would have gone somewhere
Else for the treatment.
- wasted my 12500 rupees and one year of time.
- no improvements, rather my condition has become worse.
- why you people dont keep your words, why you lie to patient, you are
Playing with peoples feelings.
- the doctor will tell you that i have discussed with senior doctor and we
Have changed your medicine but its nothing like that they just have some
Medicine chart prepared if one medicine doesn't suits you then they
Will refer to the chart and will give you the another medicine for the next
Month. i dont understand where's the doctors skill in all this you just need
To follow the chart that's it.
- if your junior doctors doesn't know anything then why dont you send the
Patient to senior doctors why waste time.in your case the so called
"senior docters" are also of no use.
- your receptionist gives laser treatment. i am not saying there's much to do
Or its complicated so always some expert should do it but come on!
