I have been undergoing treatment with dr batra whitefield bangalore for a very long term. However i have changed my location and needed a transfer of my case to the new location. I have shifted to guwahati on march, however it has been august now, and still my case has not been transferred yet and i am unable to continue my treatment. I have been calling them and sending mails but i didn't get any response from them all these months. I have paid more than 30k for the full treatment and the service i received is very unsatisfactory. How can they keep a patient waiting for 5 months just to transfer the case.
