I placed an order on 19th Sep 2015, I have not received product till date.
Asking again with a lady Salony, being very rude, said you will get tomorrow (tomorrow never came for that matter). I made payment online which they were not able to track so they said that its my headache to track payment get us the details and then we will look into your order (when I have made payment it should be in their account which they can check, why shall I give them my bank statement). I said that this is not a way to do medical business, as these are very critical were you order a medicine and do not get it on time ( may lose life).
Neither they are refunding my money nor delivering the product.

Can someone help to get these kind of cons out of market ?

We at Dr.Dentaids believe that good oral health care is absolutely necessary for a healthy life and www.drdentaids.com has been established to deliver that vision, as all o[censored]s believe this is the purpose of our efforts.
We are delighted that you chose to purchase your dental product on our website which is currently under trial operations so that we can iron out many of the possible issues.

We deeply regret that you did not have a successful experience. We are grateful to you for having taken the time to record your problem albeit on a consumer complaint forum instead of on our site. This will give us an opportunity to review, learn and rectify our systems so that we meet your requirements. In this specific instance the facts are as under:

- You purchased the product on 19/9/15.
- This was recorded for action on 22/9/15 after our Banking confirmed successful receipt of payment on 22/9/15.
- Product was dispatched on 23/9/15 thru Trackon Couriers Vide Doct No:[protected] on 23/9/2015 well within 72 HOURS time period that we promise.
- The courier details were provided to you, our esteemed customer on 24/9/15 via an email dated 24 September 2015 15:29 on [protected]@gmail.com
- Trackon was unable to locate the delivery address provided.
- Infact when our customer service representative, Salony had sent you an email on 26/9/15 at 15:17 & on getting no response she called you up to obtain additional information (alternate address /landmark etc) to facilitate the delivery and at this moment you cancelled the order and demanded a refund as you were quite upset and angry and she tried unsuccessfully to convince you otherwise. Thereafter On 26 Sep 2015 you sent a mail and also cancelled the order.
- You provided us your Bank details on 29 September 2015. The refund cheque was deposited on 29.9.15 vide Cheque no: 001700 of HDFC bank. The clearance was confirmed by our Bank to us on the 1/10/15.

We Thank you for your patronage and look forward to your ordering products from our site, as you have now experienced that we refunded the amount asap.

Upon our review we believe we have tried unsuccessfully to meet a customer’s requirements, despite all efforts. However, we have learnt that:

- we must get more details about the delivery address, as even though we have the best courier partner, customers do fill in address' that may not be locatable.
- we must highlight that customers comprehend that whilst we will endeavour to deliver the products within a few days, we will guarantee delivery within 7/15 days.
- we must record the interactions with the customer so that the replay provides evidence of rude conversations.
