Myself Nilabh Prasad. i am working for Ashok Leyland, Hosur. Actually I was looking for a fully built house nearby Silkboard main road. but when I was searching for it I found the cost very high. then i got an advertisement saying that there is a pre-launch offer in Dreamz GK Infra. so i approached to dreamz gk infra team which is near to teachers colony. I inquired about where is the location and what is the visibility of project. They told that they have got the land registration and and launching the pre-offer with 45 flats in G+4 structure. i thought its a good solution of getting a house in nominal price. so i paid 1 lakh rupees as booking amount and got the landing documents. After 15 days i got another documents like approval plan from BBMP. then i paid my 20% amount and made the sales agreement that i am buying a flat with dreamz gk infra. After that they started with the loan process with LIC by their loan team and everything has been done my their end. One day only I with my wife had to go for the signing formality. I was just sitting to my home and every process like sanctioning and all was done by their team by coming to my room. though it might took some delay of 15-20 days in some documents process but i keep approaching them and they responded me very well. now i am happy that within my limit i got my home near to silkboard and sharing this moment with all.

Some days ago I got an email from Dreamz GK Infra regarding 50% OFFER for project ”Dreamz Shloka” in HSR Structure. In those days I dint have any kind of objective to buy a flat. But again in last weekend I got an advertisement about Dreamz GK Infra in paper. After going through this, I got that it’s a good chance at least...why shouldn't I just try it once. In the next week, after a discussion with my family members and elders, I revisited their office and met with their sales team and booked a flat with my wife's name. Later on I mentioned about this with my close family members , relatives and colleagues. They were also happy with the Dreamz. I liked the place, because it’s near to my workplace and in primary location of Bangalore.
