am latest victim of Dreamz infra, The sales executive will expalin very clearally on white paper...like this...like this...so on..., we feel very good ..but later...struggle starts after paying money They target middle class people... After paying booking amount of1lakh, they will send you MOU and Legal documents of Land But MOU not reflect what discussed with Sales executive. They not clear in MOU, what they discuss in initial stage, they wont reflect same on MOU. Before proceeding further, Take everything on MOU, Take legal opinion, They wont give split for Land cost, constructon cost and service providing to us. No clalrity on Service tax and VAT in MOU. No Vaastu compliant….Cross check floor plan with vaastu expert, home is for peace of mind not for trouble..if they agree your change per vaastu...then only proceed... Dont Pay Any money after booking till you get calrity on all terms and condition, they tell you give back after 90 days in case of canellation without interest…. They wont calrify your concerns over e-mail. everything they ask you to come to office. During initial stage they will take in taxi …but later you have to struggle… Decision is yours…your money….your…decision…. Thanks for reading this comment.. You are right. Dreamz is big fraud agency. They have cheated / trapped many innocent customer. If they have started / completed projects, ask for the contact number and identification of genuine owner of the flats in completed projects. I am very sure they will not give legal document and contact number genuine customer of ongoing projects..

They have cancelled our flat form there end without any prior notice by saying we fail to pay the service tax .
At the time of booing they said u can pay service tax at the time of regisitration which will take 6 months
Dont book any flat in siddhi 1 as they are trying to sell our not yet Cancelled flat.

We need to form a one forum (on line) for Dreamz Infra PVT LTD customers. SO that we all in one loop. So that We can take legal action on them collectivelly. They are using" Divide and rule" policy. If they are not giving you money back for not getting project approval from concerned BBMP/BDA with interest or cancelled your project without prior notice, you can get help of consumer court. They will recover your money with interest.

I agree with you.. I am also one of the victim for the same issue.. they are not clear in their MOU.
It is a fraud company. I cancelled my flat in Whitefield they gave me PDC after 120 days.My check got bounced.Im writing this because no one should be cheated.
what a joke...all positive reviews...not even a single thread with negative ratings..seems this dreamz employeed freshers to post positive threads...it shows how fake these reviews are...wake up kids...people are knowling u r true colors...will be caught soon

i am suresh and have booked one flat in DREAMZ SADAN. i got a floor plan and when i calculated total carpet area it was coming to around 600 sqft where as actual flat size is 950 sqft. i have been requesting the concern person who can explain me the carpet area calculation and i found no response from them. have dropped many mails and called many people but no use. Waste of money and time. A CRM have been assigned called RADHA where she promises many things on phone but does nothing at back end. Need to follow up with them about the documents.

So sad to hear...Dreamz is the biggest fraud company at Koramangla...i nearly escaped from their sketch. mine is a horrible experience.They told me to give blank post dated check which is always danger...thank god i have gone through the reviews before taking any step...this is really biggest fraud company...Beware

I am Shailesh Matkar, booked flat with dreamz GK in Dec 2012 in Dreamz Sahavas.
Till date the construction has not been started and they even did not get BBMP approval. I am worried, hard earned money.
Can anyone suggest what should be the next step? Thanks!

I had booked a flat in SWPANAPOORTHI which was not to come up anytime. I paid 50% amounting to 12.52 lakhs For 9 Months they were telling orally and in writing that it was coming up. After 9 month period they agreed for cancellation. In Sept 2014 they gave cheques on Axis Bank, Koramangala with dates 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, etc. all in piecemeal amounts. All the cheques were not not to be honoured as the a/c in AXIS Bank was inoperative and was having a debit balance. Then they replaced the cheques with new cheques on AXIS BANK, Whitefield each of Rs. 2 lakhs (7 cheques) with different dates of May. when I checked with AXIS bank they told that the cheques will not be honoured as there was negligible balance. I met several people to name a few Jagdeesh, Amarnath, Neetu, Tejas. Finally Tejas told that "we will make arrangements for funds. Lodge them." What a big lie! The cheques were dishonoured. Again asked to represent. I lodged the first cheque again, though bank people told that it will again be dishonoured for lack of funds. As per lawyer's advice, I lodged all the cheques. all of them were returned unpaid. I am proposing to start cheque dishonour action under section 138.

hi all dont book flat in dreamz infra, they are number one cheaters in bengaluru, after cancellation they will refund your money back. they very dirty people i am cursing each and every employee of dremz infra.
We are cheeted from dreamz infra india ltd, (Devil sachin Naik and Team) we won"t justice, I wont my 15 years hard earned money Ruppes, 13, 50, 000.00.
This is my humble request Please help us.
