since its anyways established that these guys are cheaters which are a class apart, hope this post will serve as a warning to anyone who comes across this page
1) If you are planning to invest with these guys - DONT. The rest of the posts speak for themselves.
2) If you Have given atleast one rupee to them - Cancel the booking, get the post dated cheque, get a lawyer, deposit the cheque and when it bounces(if it doesn't, you are one in a million), get the lawyer to send a notice and then case etc.
dont do's
1) do not return the cheque to these guys
2) do not repost the cheque to the bank. they will say it will be cleared but i can assure 100% its gonna get bounced again
3) there is extremely rare scenarios of people getting 15% of total amount etc in cash as such but this is extremely dangerous
i do understand that many would wanna get rid of the issue without lawyers but sometimes that's the only and right way to go about it especially if your really want your money back.

are yet to be issued by court. Apart from filing criminal cases individually,
cheated customers should probably turn the attention of such frauds to
media and probably form a team to take on this group. We should probably
get some votes on change.org website or something like that so that it
gets larger attention. Please let me know your thoughts and i'm sending
my views to as many people as possible in this forum. Probably
change.org or some kind of protest against these guys that'll turn the
attention of media completely on them should help in our cases being
fast tracked.
