There are a quite many fraudulent real estate companies in India but Dreamz Infra beats them all. They are No.1 in this fraudulent real estate business. Dreamz employees are flooding the internet with their fake reviews…Please Beware …what is happening in reality on ground is a totally different affair….Dreamz has not made any progress other than their Dreamz OM (the one in Silkboard) and may be a couple of other projects. All the money collected by their prospective customers goes off in paying the salaries of their huge employee base, buying new land properties and other attractive CRM related offerings which clearly indicates there will be no money left to build your flat and hand it over to you…. All the lands they show their prospective customers are under litigation or simply does not belong to them…For example Dreamz Shloka project was started way back in Sep 2012 and so far not even a board is placed in the proposed site which they claim it to be theirs(because the land is under litigation)…Now whoever had booked over the past one-two years are rushing to their office seeking cancellations…If you don’t believe, please visit their office especially the CRM or Cancellation department where people are queuing up for refund of their payment. Another remarkable thing with them is they give multiple cheques with multiple dates (depends on your total invested amount…for example an amount of 10 lacs is given as 4 individual cheques of 2.5 lacs each each one separated by 4 days).These cheques are basically granted as a PDC dated 3 months from the date of request for cancellation….and when the cheque is deposited on the D day it gets bounced!!!…then the customer is made to visit the office repeatedly seeking an alternative cheque/DD and another unbelievable thing is that even the secondly issued cheque gets bounced and the dreamz employees brush it off saying this is just a one off incident whereas in reality this is their standard modus operandi…After making the customer toil for atleast an other 3-4 weeks is when the actual money is refunded but not before threatening Dreamz about police complaints or showing mob aggression ….Mr. Amarnath and Mr.Vijay from the Dreamz cancellation dept. are experts in harassing the customers seeking refund of their money and they are even paid special incentive for doing this.
