I got a call from Dreams GK that they are providing 2, 3 BHK at very affordable prices I went for site visit The type of set up they have done in their office is nice to cheat any person . One person will take you for site visit, he will just show you 2 flats constructed in whole building and say this phase is complete and they will tell you to buy flat in phase 2 of same project for which they have not even purchased the land . Then they will take you to their office and ask you that this scheme is valid only for TODAY and pay 1 lakhs now and give some 30 or 50 % in month or so I was surprised by fact that they are even willing to give flat even 8 lakhs less than the price quoted in offer in case you give everything in cash or in black money, I guess they want now to leave no evidence of their fraud as people are complaining about cheque They are just crooks, don't fall in trap and spread as much awareness as you can regarding these fraud builders Was this information helpful? | |||

have already filed a criminal case in court and summons are yet to be
issued. Apart from filing criminal cases individually, cheated customers
should probably turn the attention of such frauds to media and probably
form a team to take on this group. We should probably get some votes on
change.org website or something like that so that it gets larger
attention. Please let me know your thoughts and i'm
sending my views to as many people as possible in this forum. Probably
change.org or some kind of protest against these guys that'll turn the
attention of media completely on them should help in our cases being
fast tracked.Should facebook or twitter be of any help?We
need to do this on a war footing. Can we all team up and go talk to a
