Dreamz Infra India — Booked for flat in bangalore 4 yrs back and still construction not started

I booked a flat in dreamz gk group for their sahavas project on 12.03.2012. But still now i. E., 26.07.2016 construction was not started and they committed by the sales agreement that flat will be ready for possession after 18 months from the time of booking.

I spoke to one north indian guy and he told that he also face the same with other project. So he cancelled his booking before 7 months. And the company gave him post dated check for his advance payment of 13 lakhs. But when he deposit the check it got returned. And still today he is struggling for his payment.

Please take necessary action on this company and please arrange to settle the payment for all the customers for money with interest and inflation charges.

I also booked 1 bhk flat in dreamz sahavas project three year back by my hardly earned money. No construction started till now. whenever I go to dreamz infra office to ask about project update, CRM will simply say we don't have any update from higher managment. I am going into depression. Its a request to take some strict action against dreamz and try to arrange settlement for all customers.

Dreamz is a big fraud company. they have cheated thousands of people. We are trying to fight this was against this Fraud company as a group. There is no point in fighting alone as they will easily ignore you. Please leave your mobile no so that you can be added to the whats app group. Join the group and lets all fight together.

I agree with you Sasianbin. I have booked flat in SAAKAR project and still construction is not started. They are just delaying. We need to unite and check with them for further steps.
