I have book 2 BHK flat near to JP Nagar in Sai Sagar project. In June, 2016, after booking to next day I got to know this builder is most fraud company in Bangalore, India. They have cheated more than 500 customers who are struggling for to get their money. After cancellation in June 2016, they gave me Kotak Mahindara Bank post cheque for 120 days which was in November and cheque was bounce due to account closed. Today 3rd Dec 2016 more then 200 people protested to their office. Please I will suggest to innocent people dont invest or buy any flats to this fraud builder.
