Dreamz Infra — Refund cheques dishonoured again and again

We had booked a flat in a project called by them as swapnapoorthi at bellandur. Was under pre-launch. After much waiting and follow-up, we cancelled the flat. They gave cheques with dates 2nd april 2015 to 8th april 2015 on axis bank, koramangala. All cheques were not to be honoured as we enquired with axis bank. When we approached dreamz mr. Jagadeesh, he told that that account was in the name of pvt. Co.! Asked us to take fresh cheques on axis bank, whitefield with dates 4/5/15 to 11/5/15. When i checked with the bank, they told that it was not having balance. All cheques were dishonoured. When we told this to one mr. Tejas, he told "you can lodge. Funds will be arranged. One ms. Neetu also told the same thing. They have in writing that the cheques dt. 4/5/15 to 11/5/15 will be honoured. If they are dishonoured, dd or cash will be give. We approached them repeatedly. Asked to meet mr. Santosh as all directors and mr naik were away as also ms disha choudhury. Mr iqbal was very much there. Mr. Pankaj /mr. Lokesh where? Mr. Santosh told that he was helpless as he was territory manager in sales and why he was asked to talk with us he was not aware and told us to meet mr. Amarnath. He spoke to mr. Amarnath also. Mr. Amarnath wanted 5 days time. Was to give dd of rs. 2 lakhs on sat., 23/5/15 but did not give. Total amount due rs. 12, 50, 000. Cheques given for rs. 13.69 lakhs incl.Interest. Earlier to meeting mr. Amarnath, we had gone thru' this gol gol procedure of ' meet that man, this man, thursday off, the concerned man on 'off', the man in meeting, etc. It goes round and round.
