Hi I applied for a license back in d month of April and had a test given as well !! I was planning to fly overseas hence gave the test early however did not go overseas because plan changed .. I then approached d agent and he told me to give a letter in writing stating that I am ready to give the riding test again and pay fine of 400rs hence gave him the letter on d 08/03/2015.. from that time till today I have not been contacted about d test and the agent keeps saying that d in charge in the RTO has not communicated anything as yet.. what should I do ?

I have apple for my PanCard in previous year but not received. Again I apply for a new card but till today it has not sent.

Individual — renewal license not received

driving license not received
Sir,
I have given my Driving license for two Wheeler and 4 wheeler on 1st April 2013 & and license was going to expire on 7th april 2013 for Renewal And it was informed by RTO Agent that License will come directly through postal service within 30 days. It has been 100 days now but I am not able to track my License, even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license.Agent is asking another 500 rs for getting the license.When i also tried to track the license at Wadala rto I was told that it was already forwarded to post office on 8th April 2013.
Earlier RTO agents use to ensure proper delivery of License since it was hand delivered to them. But now neither agents are taking responsibility nor our RTO authority have any information center regarding the same. People are suffering & struggling.
