Drs Logistics-agarwal Packers And Movers — Complaint regarding late delivery and change of truck - missing and damaged items - rude behaviour and attitude behaviour upon phone calls

I, t. Sripad was transferred from thane-mumbai to vijayawada and we preferred agarwal packers and movers for shifting our household articles due to their reputation and also their name in limca book of world records. Mr. Ashish (Mob no - [protected]) arrived to provide us the quotation which was fixed at inr 59000/-. We confirmed the date of shifting on 13/07/2016 and gave him advance of inr 1000/-. He promised that the full container will be moving from thane mumbai to vijayawada and if at all there is change in truck, i will be informed about the reason for change of truck and after my concurrence only the truck will be changed. I was very happy about the promise given to me.
All house hold items were sent on 13/07/2016 by truck no. Ts07 ub3622 and was promised delivery on 16/07/2016 or latest by 17/07/2016. I arrived in vijayawada on 17/07/2016 and started making enquiry about my household items. The below are the phone calls made

18/07/2016 6.55pm [protected] ashish talked for 7min-20sec and informed that the luggage will come by 11am the next day.
19/07/2016 11am-11-20pm [protected] ashish (4 times) lifted the call 4th time and spoke very rudely saying that how many times are we calling and disconnected the call.
19/07/[protected]am-12-34pm [protected] dinesh (5 times) had a con call with vp jitendra singh
19/07/2016 7-30pm [protected] kishan sharma after requesting him for so many times informed that luggage will be coming the next day.
On 20/07/2016 7am got a phone call from venkat reddy saying that the luggage will be coming within one hour. Luggage arrived but in another truck no. Ts08ub 0335. When i enquired about why the truck was changed, he informed that he does not know and asked to contact kishan sharma (Mob no. [protected]). When i contacted him he informed that he was not aware and asked me to talk to mumbai officials. I contacted mr. Ashish (Mob no. [protected]) he asked me to contact krishna reddy who in turn directed me to speak to m. N. Rao (Mob no.[protected]). When i tried to contact he disconnected my call and messaged me to sms me the reason for the call. I sent sms saying that the truck has changed and i was not informed about the change in truck to which he informed me to take up with mumbai office.
Meanwhile the persons who had come with my luggage in truck no. Ts08ub0335 refused to unload the items to my 5th floor (Already details given at the time of loading at thane. Again i had to contact mr. Kishan sharma who informed that i need to pay extra inr 1500 to which i would be given a bill for unloading. As it was more than 6 days of luggage shifting, i agreed to pay the amount. Out of 80 items only 77 items were handed over to me. When i asked them about the missing items they informed that they do not know. Out of the 77 items handed over to me 8 items were damaged. The list of missing and damaged items is given below.

On repeated follow ups with kishan sharma (Mob no. [protected]) and m. N. Rao (Mob no. [protected]) claim agent mr. T. Vara prasad (Mob no. [protected] was sent to our house on 23/07/2016 saturday evening. We had paid the amount of inr 60200/-plus inr 1500/- unloading cost at vijayawada for loading, unloading, packing and unpacking. Unpacking also was not done by the staff of agarwal packers. On repeated follow-ups with vara prasad, mr. Anurag[protected], we were redirected to murali krishna (Mob no. [protected]) and bhagyalakshmi (Who did not provide the contact no.) who laughed at us and spoke were rudely.
In all i have done approx 70-80 phone calls to all the above mentioned numbers from 17/07/2016 to till 03/08/2016. I want my questions to be answered
1. When and why was the truck changed?
2. Why was i not informed about the change in truck?
3. Where are my missing items?
4. Who is going to bear the cost of repairing my damaged items?
5. Why is this rude behavior and callous attitude of agarwal packers
I want all my questions to be answered. I am sure that none of the staff of agarwal packers opt for their own company’s transport because they know that their items will not reach safely to their desired destination. The title of limca book of world record should be removed from them as when they do not safely shift the luggage from one place to another place in india then they do not deserve this title.
I need proper explanations and answers to all the above points raised and also i need strict disciplinary actions against all the above persons whom i have named and the same to be intimated to me. Please do not think that i will keep quiet after this complaint. If i do not get reply by 08-aug2016 i will take the complaint to consumer forum. I am also marking this mail to the newspapers also.
