[Resolved] Dsc Hyundai — Cheating the customer | |||
I purchased Hyundai EON from DSC Hyundai Chennai on May'14. I had to pay Rs 3, 56, 969 (with out registration fee) I paid Rs 3, 68,[protected]+340113+8000) They promised to send back the balance after reduction of extended warranty. Extended warranty Rs 5000 Balance to be returned Rs6544 Now, They are telling that Rs 8000 is not added in their account. I paid cash and have receipt copy with me. And the incharge of showroom Mr.Yuvaraj is asking me to give the police complaint and he is not ready to listen my complaints. Still now, I did not get the balance as well as extended warranty. I am an Advocate. On 04.06.2016 I purchased Eon era+. At the time of demo and booking I saw eon magna and your staff also assured to fit Sound System as that of Magna, but during delivery you fitted only Xeno set without antenna, though it was already accepted by you through tick in the list of accessories. There isa fluctuation of sound in system, which is horrible to hear. Further you also deducted offers of the company, but did not complied as per words or list. I complained many times and recently to Mrs.Gayathri, though she assured to set right, didn't turned up.
