DT Cinemas — Irregularities in dt saket

When i was trying to book tickets online in gold category it was not allowing me to book tickets as it was showing full. When i reached the cinema tickets were available and i got gold category tickets and when i complained to manager Mr. Mayanak, he was able to book thru mobile but i couldnt get the same option. I doubt that management is somehow involved in this irregularities deliberately. Secondly, i was watching jungle book 3d english 11.25 show and i was given old 3d glasses and when i asked for the fresh piece of 3d glasses, i was straightaway denied that stating that i can get these only. Can you take the necessary action against it coz being a regular visitor in DT, it was simply humiliating for me.
