Yesterday we sent a courier to Chandigarh from Jalandhar, Punjab vide awb number T12633654. It was a small box and was adequately packed and taped with a brown tape.The contents of the same were bubble wrapped in the box for additional protection in transit. The same was delivered today. I supposed to get a parcel bearing tracking no :D84127546, with out delivering delivery boy marked his ledger as delivered with someone information's who even not sure about the package. DTDC customer care person without resolution closing the ticket. As a customer I didn’t receive parcel, delivery boy is the cult pit, he himself signed and added phone number of someone. Even when companies like Ecom express, Delhivery, E kart etc etc deliver courier to my door but this DTDC is saying that your area is not serviceable. What a joke!

Dear Team,

We have been noticing that DTDC accepts courier to Jokatte, Mangalore -from other states, but doesn't deliver there. The DTDC courier located in Baikampady which is around 5kms, tells customer that we don't deliver to jokatte and asks us to come and get it from there location.

which i see is not satisfactory. This need to be looked upon.

14th May 2022, Booked a courier from Hyderabad to Mangalore.
It started at 16th May from Chandanagar.

As per Shipping history it halted 2 days in Hyderabad Only.
It says now processed from Bangalore, yet to reach Mangalore.

Total halt 4 days from 14th to 18th in Hyderabad as per history.

Please investigate this. which raises concern to go for courier like...

I recieved a call from the delivery agen and then he said that he had a courier for me of my stuff that was going to arrive that day but he said that now he will deliver it on monday after wards but then i got to know that it was delivered and it wasnt delivered to me. I was waiting for the package for 2 days and then i got to know that it was already delivered but not to me....

I have courier before 14 days from Ahmedabad to Mohali Punjab but still my parcel not delivered at destination address. Also no any one take seriously in DTDC.
