Check issue with order id D 82044039...

Docket No: D68419085 : The shipment not yet received till now. I tracked On 7/10/.2021, remarked "out for delivery", but not received me, and same way 8/10/2021 mentioned "Out for Delivery" But i regret to inform that i haven't received the medicine packet till now. This is not systematic work.

Why you not delivered the medicine till now ???...

Organization sent me a mobile phone through DTDC from Bangalore. It came to Rewa, Madhya Pradesh and the mobile phone was taken from box and all remaining package was same as it is. When I took it, i checked it in front of the official and the mobile phone was not inside the box. I am sure that this all mishappening is from dtdc side as the package has mentioned weight of 500gm when it was shipped while what is received was of 240gm only....

I have Received a Parcel from Bangalore to my Home in Kangeyam area, Tiruppur District and Got a call from DTDC office Kangeyam to come and collect the parcel, I told them to deliver at home address for that I already paid money but they are ignoring and Updating the status every day that receiver not available .

We delivered a courier from Wadgaon BK PUNE DTDC to Silvasa.But the parcel is not reached at exact address.Consignment no.P58981973. Customer service is not giving any satisfactory answer. No response to phone calls and emails also. Very panic service....

I booked a parcel of 12kgs by air so that I get it within 3 days. It is an urgent parcel for me. For 2 days I get the message "out for delivery" but I do not receive the parcel. Then tracking shows - address incomplete on 1st day, receiver requested for change of delivery date on the 2nd day. I keep connecting to the main DTDC customer care and they without doing anything themselves, give me the local branch...

I had booked a prcel from bangalore to.mumbai on 5/10/21. It has arrived mumbai on 7/10/21. But has not delivered to my friends place. The delivery status is ' not delivered ( office closed or door lock cir). Can can tell me what should i do? Help me to get my parcel back its in goroan branch of dtdc....

My consignment no. is K51914904. I gave correct destination i.e. Joysagar, pin code:785665. But when I tried to track my parcel, it is showing wrong destination (pin code: 785670). Please solve this issue as soon as possible....

I have booked some shipment worthy 180/- charged by DTDC Agartala GB Bazar branch on 28/09/21...after lodging my complain today this branch return me the packet stating that the shipment for me from Shillong whereas I had booked very very important documents to releasing the salary of some staffs and instead of delivering the same the shipment was returned to me today and the packet was torn & opened...for this negligence my staffs are suffering...

I had sent a courier from Pune to Ulhasnagar on 5th oct'21, and paid Rs.300/- however the delivery guy charged Rs.20/- extra while delivering the parcel at the destination. My aunt did not know that I had already paid the required amount hence she paid him the extra amount.

Kindly look into this matter or provide me with the contact details of the delivery guy so that I can take this up with him directly. Also the Pune office...

I sent two couriers on 18th aug 2021 to rewa(m.p) & to prayagraj(u.p).
even though courier reached both the places on 20th aug 2021 not one of the courier was delivered.
when i called to confirm the the dtdc office from prayagraj said straight forward that they wont deliver the courier as deliVERY PLACE is little far from their office. THIS IS THE WORST KIND OF SERVICE EVER & CUSTOMER HELP IS ###!!!

My company send a courier to my he address from banglore to Kottayam (Kerala-686573) .
Today I sa it out for delivery. But after evening I can see status as adress incomplete or wrong cir . I didn't get any contact from dtdc . Don't know why, even I have given my correct home address.

I have given my office laptop to deliver it to office but they got broken screen of laptop.consignment no.-D89369040...

Original weight was 71 kgs, they shared the bill for 128 kgs...
