I am having nightmare with DTDC courier, I have sent some important documents to my customer by DTDC courier this my tracking number B79278239. When I track it shows delivered unfortunately my customer had called several time saying that it is not delivered. Please help me. As I have already complained DTDC....

My Tracking No. is D67967953. My package was out for delivery, I have not received any call from the delivery person. It is a totally valid address. Please can you recheck, as the delivery person is giving fake updates in the portal, and it is now showing Not Delivered(OFFICE CLOSED OR DOOR LOOR CIR). it is not appreciated that a high priority package is wrongfully tagged with incorrect delivery address. This is a recurring problem with DTDC....

The local dtdc office is not delivering the package to the location but insist on picking it up from the office. Everytime saying the 'delivery boy won't go their'. It is not convenient for everyone to go received their thing they paid to get delivered to home....

DTDC has converted a prepaid order into cash on delivery so the agent has demanded cash of Rs 100/= even the payment of the order was done in prepaid mode.

The old model pulsar 150 bike was much better. The new model bs6 is too bad.
bs6 bike are not okay without a service center.
how many service center do you have? And look at the bike yuo are selling.

What is wrong with these guys? I didn't even get a phone call. No delivery guy for this parcel called me. Then today i am seeing that the remark is "ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)". WHY???
