[Resolved] DTDC — Charged for Returned Item too | |||
Paid for Returned Consignment I had booked my consignment from Moga DTDC office (Punjab) on 12th Aug, this consignment was for Gurgaon and ideally should be delivered very next day. Hats off to DTDC services, where Packet got undelivered and even after regular followups with Delhi DTDC team, they were not able to deliver the consignment and then sent consignment back to its Booking office. When i got call from DTDC booking office to pick my packet back, they charged me Rs 50. Total, i paid Rs 80 to DTDC for the consginment which never got delivered. I am not sure if Courier company charge for returned consignment. I didn't see this in my past experience. Consignment no. I am not more concerned of my money given to him, but my concern is How he can cheat people like this on behalf of DTDC. Strict action needs to be taken against him.
