DTDC — complaint for misplaced item

my case no is 00186225 i have booked a courier from delhi on 20-03-15 to calicut, kerala but now no details on tracking of my item and ur local courier agents response at calicut is poor and irresponsible. now if no more response im forced to go for consumer court thankyou Dr Hamesh Gangadharan
