DTDC — Consignment no B11155083 Not received

Dear Sir / Madam, This is to bring your notice that on 11th Aug'14 I have booked a consignment in Bangalore ( DTDC branch / HBR layout ), with booking no : B11155083 to send Agartala . DTDC Bangalore branch told me it will reach Agartala by Thursday ( 14th Aug'14 ) . But unfortunately today after 8 days also my consignment has not reached it's destination . Moreover neither your Bangalore branch nor Agartala branch is telling anything properly regarding my consignment . I am seriously worried now about my parcel . Being one of the most prestigious courier service of our country I never thought that I need to expect this kind of response from DTDC .
