Dear all, Our Coporate office (ING VYSYA BANK, Banglore) dispatched consignment on 19/06/2014 through DTDC Courier no D15262223, but same has not been received till date, as we have track from POD and same was hold in Amritsar DTDC Branch, as we are talking to BH Mr Manish Sharma (Mo [protected]) about this consignment, he talk very rudely with us, now we are going to escalate the matter with our corporate office for delaying your courier service and misbehaving. Refer docket No. D18968331 dated 05.09.14 which was booked from Secundrabad to Indore in the name of Radhika Ahuja, 118 Ravindra Nagar, Indore.
This parcel reached Indore on 10.09.14 ( as confirmed by your office)
The same is not delivered till date (12.09.14).
When enquired from your Indore office, it is informed that parcel is not tracable.

I have received a call from vijayawada from the phone[protected] saying they are from DTDC & there is consignment to be delivered to me.
But after that no one responded, when tried to contact them to know about the consignment that they informed me, they started using filthy language.
When i have received the consignment why it was not delivered to me. Requesting you kindly arrange for delivery of the said consignment from your ream in vijayawada.
Or else i am going to file a complaint against DTDC.
I don't know why this type practice using by DTDC.

I Shilpa das of Bhilai had submitted a courier to the DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd on 7 September 2013 but they have misplaced the courier and now they are not redressing our complaint made to them several times.Regard : Not reach couriar withing one week
