Hi,
I have dispatched a consignment bearing number *v28839009* on 11th april 2016 from delhi to balangir (767001) on an urgent basis through dtdc premium service paying a cost of rs. 400. The dispatching centre guys assured me to deliver the consignment on the 3rd day i.E. 13th april 2016 at the receiving address. However the consignment didn't get delivered on the due date at the destination.
I would like to share that the consignment has arrived at the destination branch from where the executive made a call from mob : +91-[protected] & asked me the address of delivery. Still the packet didn't get delivered. When i made follow up with the destination branch they denied to deliver the consignment on the due date i.E. 13/04/2016 asking me to pick the consignment from their office & quoting we won't deliver it today.
I have sent the packet on an urgent basis paying a higher amount of rs400 for dtdc blue/premium to deliver the same on 3rd day & again asked to pick it from the branch.
Are you guys really serious ?? How can a sender come from delhi & pick the consignment from the receiving end. You are making call to the sender for delivery & saying you wont deliver it ..& even didn't take a pain to make a call to the recipient.
This is a repetitive response of the dtdc balangir & nobody is taking this into account from dtdc higher authorities.
Moreover when i tried to track the consignment on internet i was denied saying incorrect consignment number.

Pathetic & very disappointing service from dtdc balangir branch.
