DTDC Courier & Cargo — Disgusting service delay after charging fabulous tariff | |||||
A packet weighing about 2 kg containing nighties etc. Is booked at rajahmundry, ap with dtdc on 20/08/2016 evening, to be delivered at bandra east mumbai. Having charged the cost of material inside the packet, the dtdc failed miserably to deliver the packet till late evening yesterday i. E. On fourth day. Tracking particulars further alarm me, if the packet can be delivered today. Ordinary postal letter reached there intimating the particulars of the packet but the fabulously charging dtdc could not deliver the packet.
