Hi, I sent courier containing important document on 25th of Jul'16 from Bangalore to Hindupur which normally take a day or two to delivery but DTDC courier sent this to some other place and when i asked no body responding it properly. And finally they have delivered to wrong person and updated as delivered. worst and pathetic customer service. Looks like they save numbers who raise complaint and do not respond how many times ever you tried to reach them. Why we are so helpless even after paying them service charges ? how can they be so casual to respond to complaints ? what can a common man do under such situations ?
