DTDC Courier & Cargo — I'm complaining about my courier which is missing | |||||
My courier which was despatched from begumpet to US is missing. Courier was delivered in Kathmandu. I don't know how can someone send a delivery to Kathmandu when the address clearly states UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. To chase my application I need to contact a person named Kishore who was assigned to chase this courier. He is a ridiculous irresponsible person who doesn't care about customers. now comes our hero name Nagarjuna the manager of dtdc begumpet who is the boss of Kishore too.. His number is [protected]. I can't understand how can dtdc make such a disgusting irresponsible irritating person Nagarjuna as a manager .. he answered my call and lied many times and gave a fake tracking id too.. He always says call me in 10 minutes but doesn't answered my call.. Called him more than 50 times no response I have all the call recordings of this person. Hope DTDC shows some concern to thier customers and take action against such a lazy and fraud staff. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Forgot to mention the N96464045 tracking number which is no longer working as it is delivered in Kathmandu instead o[censored]NITED STATES OF AMERICA
