DTDC Courier & Cargo — Late delivery | |||||
I want to submit a complaint about the DTDC courier company. I gave my parcel on 23rd August evening after they assured me that it would be delivered to the given address by 25th of August at the most. But they didn't stand up to their promise and my product is still not delivered. And the customer service also couldn't be reached. Now since it's not on time, it is useless to deliver it and so I want my parcel back as well as my refund. customer service is not at all helpful. my reference number is K90124369 Was this information helpful? | |||||
