I had sent 1 package from Bangalore to Delhi on 16th Aug 2016 through 24 hour delivery. It was recieved on 20th Aug 2016.
So, I reqquested DTDC to refund of my money, as the service promised was not rendered. I had sent many mails but the case was closed because the delivery is done.They couldnot understand this small thing that it was delivered 3 days late.
Following details:
Date of booking - 16.08.16
Consignment- V32100305
Service- 24hr delivery
Receiving date- 20.6.16

I have ordered online for a product Z99730472 and it is being shown as out for delivery since two days, no phone numbers are working and no email are responding. Dont know how these [censored] service companies are serviving and no action is taken on them.
