DTDC Courier & Cargo — Non Delivery of parcel | |||
On the 5th of August 2016, I had sent a parcel from AC Guards, Hyderabad to be delivered at Jamshedpur. I was advised that the parcel would reach its destination within 4 days. Today is the 13th day and still the parcel is not delivered. Upon inquiring, we are asked to come to the office and pick up the parcel in a very rude manner. The tracking number H55179199 shows it reached Jsr office on the 12th of August yet it was not delivered till the 18th of August.
