I want to bring it your notice that the “Medicine”was sent through “DTDC Courier” on Friday(23/09/16) at Vijayawada one town branch. The Branch person said that the medicine will reach Bangalore on Saturday(24/09/16) between 12:00pm – 3:00pm. (within one day), However, even today, Monday(26/09/16) still I didn’t receive my courier. I am extremely disappointed.

Kindly do the needful !

For your Information, previously i mentioned that the package is an EMERGENCY as it had important Medicine and had to be delivered on Priority, today is wednesday still i didn't get my courier. I need Justification on why its being delayed you have charged (230rs) for the one day delivery and its ridiculous that you have taken 4 working days and still its undelivered.

Am Attaching Proof which says that package is not delivered and still with domlur branch.

I sent a parcel from GARHSHANKAR-144527(PUNJAB) to AHMEDABAD GUZRAT-382220 on15/09/2016 vide CN No Z95500948.It did not reached at its destination even after one week of shipment.Please enquire and update the status online.
