DTDC Courier & Cargo — Undelivered package

I sent a courier on 13th August, 2016. Consignment number K87846080. The package contained important official papers. It has been not been yet delivered. Also I am trying the customer care number and other numbers given by the vendor are all switched off. Such unprofessionalism from a courier service that is charging highly for its services is not acceptable under any circumstances.

I tried so many times to call them, but they didn't pick up my call for single time.
And I was told that parcel will be at destination within three days, but even after one week they didn't deliver it.Finally my bro took it from there courier center.

But good thing is that parcel condition was good!
