We had courier from mumbai to jodhpur.It has reachd jodhpur accordimg to tracking history but nt received by my customer.Either Get out product back or refund our money.Its highly unacceptable.Consignmnt no.-M40896482.Its been received by Anand and my customer is not having anyone known Called Anand.So kindly refund our money or take good actions upon it.I hope i get a positive response soon.Thank You.

We have booked one consignment from Palakkad, on 27th sep consignment no D29880093 to Kozhikkode
item not delivered so far
while calling at Palakkad they confirmed that item has been misplaced from kozhikkod delivery point

My parcel is lost. Wen tried reaching to dtdc guindy office they are saying tat they are searching. Last staus updated on Oct 6 out for delivery.
After which I am following up with officers.
No proper response.
Pls reach me at [protected] and provide solution
