I have placed order in Paytm ONDC and order shipped via DTDC delivery but DTDC updated status as delivered but I didn't received item
And they forgery my sign in acknowledgement

In portal receiver name is SVV Nagaraju and in acknowledgement someone signed with my name(forgery sign)...

My tracking number of DTDC courier is 7D7849256 and it is showing incomplete adress or wrong CIR but no call was there and adress is also complete....

My Package with order D38694539 booked through dtdc courier serive from Yamuna Nagar to New Delhi on 26/7/2023 which supposed to be delivered today nd was Out for Delivery is Not delivered. It's showing Not Delivered Due to Restriced Entry(OTR). Agent didn't called me nor he came. It's urgent.

This parcel of about 3 to 4 Kg was booked at Bangalore on 9/11/23 and till it was in Bangalore only till 12/11 and later on they themselves rebooked this on 21/11/23 for reasons best known to themselves and then the movement of the parcel from Bangalore started. Tracking showed it as at Panaji, Goa branch - FDM prepared on 24/11 and even to this moment the status is same and the item has NOT BEEN DELIVERED...

The situation is becoming increasingly frustrating, and I'm yet the receive the package.
the package has been place from Banglore on 19th July 2023 but today is 24th july 2023. I'm yet to receive the package.
As of now the delivery status is showing is Not Delivered(RESTRICTED ENTRY-(OTR)).

I had recieved a parcel that contained important official documents from my college in a damaged condition. The envelope containing the documents was in a horrible condition and the doccuments in it were also torn.
The consignment number of my parcel is H73214713. I demand action and a full refund for the damage that has been caused by the carelessness of DTDC....

I paid 400₹ for this one book which came damaged, it’s was a brand new book and it’s sides are ripped, it’s nonsense, why I have to pay this much for this type of quality...

Sent a package from vizag to rangareddy with consignment number H73397780 on 14th July 2023 it's been a week and not delivered yet. Tracking shows out for delivery in the morning by the end of the day it shows couldn't attempt and not delivered and the same happening from 3 days.customer care says they will resolve in 48 hours it's been 4 days they are saying the same......

I was supposed to receive my shipment on 15th July 2023 and it was not delivered and the resolution mentioned is incorrect/wrong address [Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))]. The address mentioned in the details is correct and the delivery agent did not even try to contact me if incase the address seems to be difficult to locate.

The cover which was sent to Hyderabad on 14.06.2023 from Bhavanipuram DTDC, was returned from Hyderabad hub to Vijayawada Hub even after lapse of 1 month they could not trace the cover. Hi, I was waiting for a package delivery AWB no.C36091152. I was tracking in website, it is showing successfully delivered.
How come I dint even receive any calls or messages regarding delivery or out for delivery.This is ridiculous, tracking is meant for customers to track there packages not to fulfill ur score cards .This is worst . request you to deliver my package as early as possible....
