[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier undelivered

Consignment number Z03871376 has been sent to me from Delhi to Goa. According to the tracking details, the courier has reached Goa in 18th Oct 2016, but it has still not been delivered. Upon calling the DTDC Margon several times, no one picks up the call. I even emailed their customer support care 5 days ago. Still no response. This is highly frustrating and very unprofessional on their part. Please loom into the matter.

The company called me from +918322731055 tr very next day after I filed the complaint. They didn't deliver the courier to the given address, buy I went to their office and collected the courier from there. DTDC has lousy service in Goa, so please refrain from sending your parcels through them.
