The delivery office always asks us to come at their office form the delivery spot. They talk in a very rude manner. They always depend on the customers for picking up the package and thus is a matter of small corruption. corruption as they do not have to work for transporting packages in the city.

Solution : they Should deliver the package at the address mentioned.

Consignment ref no C68896136 dispatched by eBay for neemuch mp and it's update not shown for neemuch .and there is no intimation to me that it arrived at neemuch and today when I enquired regarding my consignment your agent asked me that it is return .how it is possible without intimation please take it seriously and deliver my consignment.
