[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Not Delivered and returned to hub with false reason | |||||
Dear Sir, DTDC AWB# H56049895 My previous company sent some important certificates from Hyderabad to my office address located at Rushikonda IT park. Even I requested for speed post but with special interest they sent by DTDC on[protected]. The certificate is very important to me and I need to submit at AU on 8th October. Every day i'm tracking using awb number all of sudden they returned to Hyderabad with out any intimation. I called vizag customer care by dailing [protected], 29 they said because of door locked they returned. The above reason is absolutely not acceptable and false information. I gave my office address to deliver at IT park which operates on weekends also. More over my office security works 24/7. Oct 7, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I requested Hyderabad DTDC team to re-send the same again on priority express way and its reached to Visakhpatnam this morning. I will be receiving it Tomorrow. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
