DTDC Courier & Cargo — Package not being delivered

Couriered from ajmer on 1st dec 2016. It was supposed to deliver to ghaziabad by 3rd dec 2016. Today is 5th, no trace of the package.
Ajmer office says we sent it, ghaziabad office says we don't have it. This is ridiculous and leads to harassment of customer. The package has important documents including marksheets.
Resolve this asap.

We sent delivery notes to pantnagar on 08.11.16 by dtdc courier. However, it was not delivered till date inspite of correct address and contact number. Also, we have not received the courier back also till date due to which our commercial vehicles are not getting entry at the assam border. it has created a huge problem for us.
