I sent a courier from New Delhi to Gorakhpur on 20th September. Courier no is Z03351861. The courier was handed over to a DTDC employee who comes to my office in Okhla everyday. It contained a watch but I forgot to mention that to the man. I was not aware that I need insurance to send such products (admittingly some mistakes on my part). But I was handed over the receipt next day and when I tracked the courier it said, the courier contained 'clothing' which the DTDC people wrote on their own as no one contacted to ask me.
My courier has since been missing and no one has any idea where it is. All I get to know is that it hasnt reached Gorakhpur. The local branch hasnt been of much help. I have emailed at customer support multiple times but I have got no response. I can never get through to the customer care number and basically have no one to contact to find out the whereabouts of my courier. Was this information helpful? |
