DTDC Courier & Cargo — Sunday ptp not delivered | |||||
As promised, the document which was opted for Sunday PTP passport service was not delivered and no one answers the call. Tried the local vendor where booking was done, tried customer care and complain number (from Saturday to Monday 11.35 am) no one answers the call. The vendor very clearly told if I choose PTP Sunday passport service-delivery is 100% for the pin code i submitted. Consignment number E[protected]. Hopeless service. If it cannot be delivered then why did you charge me? It could be straight forward that the delivery was not possible?? The urgency and importance of passport to be delivered for official purposes was clearly told at the time of booking. Horrible service from DTDC Was this information helpful? | |||||
